Overview
We offer a 10 day money back guarantee for non-perishables. If you want to return the item, it must not be used, broken or marred. Buyer is responsible for return shipping. Once I receive the return, a refund will be issued back to the credit card used for purchase. Photo proof of the reason for refund would also be appreciated.
Soaps and Balms
Soaps and balms cannot be returned,however, if you are unhappy with the product (soap or balm) for any reason, just let me know and I’ll refund your purchase price. That’s how confident I am that you will love the products.
It is the buyers responsibility to read all ingredients and know whether a certain soap or balm is a good fit for them personally. Some people do not like coconut for instance. In that case, you don’t want to buy a coconut candle or soap with coconut in it.
Misuse or Abuse of Products
We are not responsible for misuse or abuse of any products. Concrete vessels are breakable however are very strong. They will probably not break even if they are dropped. They are finished with Earth Safe Sealer inside and out so they are waterproofed as well. They are also very cool. They do not get hot like glass does. I literally put one of our vessels in a double boiler setup on high heat and it was cold to the touch when I removed it after 20 minutes. Needless to say, they are extremely safe and durable.
Proof and Partial Refunds
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Any item that is post marked to be returned more than 10 days after delivery.
Receiving a Refund
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Shipping returns

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
All exchanges will be sent using USPS priority mail at buyers expense to expedite the transaction and automatically have tracking.
